I thought this was very interesting to read. It has been posted on a couple
other sites but I thought it would be a good read since many of us use
ebay to make our purchases of cards and memorabilia.

Doesn't surprise me this goes on and ebay looks the other way most
of the times. A person really has to be careful out there!

This is just another example of how the ethics of the card collecting and sports memorabilia hobby has continued to erode over the years.

I personally had several transactions with Rick Kohl (Broadway Rick) in the early 1990's, which were concluded in a very satisfactory way. Recently though, I have been appalled at his deceptive advertising on eBay and his refusal to respond to email requests, when an attempt is made to help correct his deception. It's amazing how the almighty dollar can change people!

It's also very sad to see how these corrupt "dealers", beg forgiveness, get their hands slapped, and then go on listing more "private auctions".

Hopefully, eBay will take a fimer stance and we all will earn a lesson on how we should transact more ethically with one another!
