Gotta love the extra sliding space:

ive seen the comics in CGC slabs move a little (which is really disconcerting) but that is just nuts.

I sent multiple emails to BGS/BVG and never got a response. So, I'm going to start crossing these cards over to SGC.

Save your money, the Oakland Raider cards won't cross. I'm assuming your comment about extra room indicates that the cards are more than likely trimmed.

Put them up on ebay - salvage what you can.

I don't think it's trimmed. I have a few of them (non-graded) and majority of them are very off-centered. Seems Fleer had a bad year in '62.

Here's one in a PSA holder. As you can see, it's the same. The BVG holder just has too much space.

Did they leave out the inner sleeve? Plus that card looks a little short compared to the ones I have. I will post pics later to give you an idea what I'm talking about. I wasn't too happy with my one experince with BVG either. That's when I turned to SGC for the older stuff.

Here's the scans I promised. I still think yours is a little short.

A few years ago at the National I saw a 1938 Goudey Rudy York reprint in a BVG holder. The dealer wanted $75 for it. When I explained - very politely - that he had a reprint, he explained to me - very impolitely - that I would be better off shopping at another table.
