Here's the link to the online submission form. You'll need a username and password to sign in and start the easy process. After you're done filling it out, use your computer's print button to print the form because using the 'Click Here To Print' button can erase the form on some computers based on the settings. We're working to fix that.

Thanks Brian, I should be able to get it from here.

Another question... When filling out my address there was no options for countries other than the USA. I just put my whole address in the top box. Do you think that might cause a problem?

Hi Brian,
I have a couple questions reguarding the Sept. Special.

I have a half dozen or so PSA cards I want to send for Crossover.

All are Football, one is a 55 All-American, the rest are 71 Topps.

I also have some raw 71's I want to send as well.

Can I submit crossovers and raws on the same Submisson Form?

Would the Crossover qualify for the $5.00 special or would they be the $6.00 wild cards Special?

John,

You can submit your raw cards and crossovers on the same invoice. The football special also applies to both raw and crossovers, so as long as all the cards are under $250 in value, you can submit both under the $5 football special.

Ive not yet submitted to SGC. My next order will be with SGC most likely and im wondering what the return postage will be like?
i hope this question makes sense. Is there a flat fee for returning slabs? im not talking about a HUGE order, if that helps any.

Hi ThoseBackPages. You can check the fees on the shipping choices by going in and creating a sub invoice. It will list the options USPS or Fedex and the cost with each.
