This forum needs some action, and I know several guys here collect the pre-war cards. So, how about posting the favorite pre-war card from your collection? If you don't own any pre-war, how about posting the pre-war card you'd like to own some day? Share some scans!

I'm a prewar novice that has been collecting T206 portraits. While it is hard to pick a favorite, I'll post a few that I like.

My favorite card i own is a 1939 SGC 84 Ted Williams rookie.

Matt--great cards! The Diamond Stars are such a classic set, and they look tremendous in high grade. It'll be a nice project to follow the 57s.

Scott--I always love seeing your T206 portraits. I know the care you take to find nice examples, and the ones you posted certainly fit the bill!

If I ever had the money to afford collecting a high-end Pre-War set it would be the 1915 Cracker Jack Set. Talk about originality and HOF's! I have always loved this set...definitely a part of Americana!
