Old, dense-headed hammers are cool. Best nail pounders.

Dhack, beautiful cards! I especially like the CJ Johnson -- really, really, really nice.

Thanks guys. Matt, I'm not intentionally building the set but I might as well. I'm just drawn to the T206's for their color and artwork. I'm on the hunt now for a Young port and Speaker.

Probably my two favorite in SGC holders. Grades aren't the best, but I like them.

The Old Judge is neat - because it's my oldest card. The Gehrig is actually a very nice one. Crease free, excellant eye appeal, but missing a corner...

That old Judge card is very cool. I would love to own a few older cards one day. I think once I finish up a few loose ends I will just get a few neat looking cards from a bunch of different sets.

Hey, guys. New guy here, but I figured I would post. I would probably have to go with this one as my current favorite pre-war card.

Brian, that is a heck of a card you have there. Welcome aboard.

No I don't own these, in my dreams! Too bad they are so expensive, because in my opinion this is the most beautiful baseball card set ever produced! This Anson went for $14k in 2007 and the Kelly went for $2400 recently in REA auctions. BEAUTIFUL!
