Unfortunately, bidding is already at $701 with nearly two days to go.
The first red flag is that someone with barely any feedback is selling two 1933 Goudey Ruths (including the super rare #53) and a #92 Gehrig. The second red flag is that the seller chose to sell them as a 3 card lot, even though individual auctions would probably yield significantly more money.
Finally, if you take look at the photos of the cards, the back of #53 Ruth definitely does not match the front. On the front of the card, all four corners have significant rounding, while the back of the card shows 4 fairly sharp corners. Ditto for the Gehrig.
I just wanted to mention this so that no one on this board gets taken for a ride.

Thanks for the warning. The sad thing is as the economy gets worse you will see a lot more of this, and yet there will always be the usual crooks trying to ripoff the innocent.
Looks like the auction was pulled, as well as his other auction for a PSA 8 1952 Bowman Mantle.
Following the lead of someone on the net54 board, I emailed the seller about the inconsistencies between the fronts and backs of the cards and here is what he had to say:
"When I was scanning the cards I got them mixed up with my other ones. I have doubles of all there and I am selling my lower graded cards you are like the 3rd person to tell me this. I tried to delet the pictures but it will not let me...I am thinking I might have to end this and redo it...but I hate to have to wait for another auction...so I will see how it goes!"
I'm glad the auction was pulled so that the high bidder wasn't on the hook. The bidding was over $1,000 the last time I saw it.
