I sent in a March Madness sub last month that was entered into the system on April 1. Well, partially entered. The site acknowledges the number of cards and date received, but there is not the usual listing of each card, which allows me to click through and check the pop report.
Anyone else have this problem before? Is my order hung up somewhere? Lazy data entry person?
I read another thread recently where the poster got surprisingly fast turnaround on a 20-day order. I'd be especially interested if he experienced the same partial entry of his order before it popped.
