Sometimes VCP just doesn't have enough data to be accurate. This card is one of those cases and the prices are all over the place. There is only 1 recorded sale of a PSA 4 and that went for $510 on eBay on 5/25/08.
Here are other VCP averages for the same card in other grades:

PSA 5 $232.85
So, as you see, the PSA 3 and 4 went for more $ than a PSA 5. Since these cards don't come up for sale that often, it's just a matter of finding the right buyer at the right time. I had a PSA 3.5 that I sold for $410 last month, but it had amazing eye appeal. It won't be on VCP because it was a private sale. My best guess would be somewhere between $400-$500 would be about right.
