I emailed support after a recent purchase and attempt to add it to my registry came back as cert numbers already in use.I havent heard back and took it upon myself to ask the seller of the card if he had it registered to please remove it.He said he didnt so now im at a dead end.Sorry for the post for such a miniscule problem but it was all i could think to do to fix the situation.Thank for any help SGC.Thanks.Jason Wells
Jason give SGC a call tomorrow. It probably wouldnt hurt to scan a copy of the card and your situation to mgoldberg@sgccard.com. If you have the scan showing card is in your possession then something can surely be done. The seller should remove if he hasnt.

Hi Jason, I have had this happen a bunch, I usually just send them a front and back scan of the card so they know its in my possession. They have always added it into my registry but sometimes it has taken up to two weeks for it to be added(ok with me as I am in no rush).
