Yes i have one actually..... Its not touching the communist psa holder... Lol... Its raw mint very nice. Got it for 15 dollars about 10 years ago from a dealer who happened to be opening packs that day. Thats only happened once in my life. Ive got it in a card saver 1 and it just sits around. May have SGC evaluate it then sell to get more 58's. Now it just sits in the saftey deposit box at the bank. Had to post this when i saw what card you was talking about.

Just picked up the nolan ryan ungraded but looks to be at least a 8. Can't wait to have it graded

Joey....this one ends(not mine by the way) during the middle of the night tonight. It may give you an idea of what an "8" in a PSA holder is going for(although I don't think this is a "Strong" 8".

75 Mini Nolan Ryan PSA 8 on Ebay ending late Sunday night/early Monday morning!

Joey centering and eye appeal (no print spots etc) are important to give the card an SGC 88. As far as PSA goes....it is my opinion that they are not as accurate as SGC. Like K Dog said this is not a stong 8 pictured in the ebay ....and I must agree with mintacular that they card is O/C.......although not as bad as Ive seen.

It may be my monitor, but it looks like the right edge of the card is wavy....but assuming nothing is altered with the card and it grades somewhere in the NM to NM-MT range I think you did ok. The corners look good, but the surface has the some printing blemishes and the centering is not great. Send it in and see what it grades once you get it!

I, too, am leery that the card may have been sliced. The seller sells graded cards and has a "nice" Ryan raw? Big risk, IMO.

He said this was just taken out of a pack and was gonna have it graded but decided to sell it raw. He assured me it has not been altered in any way or he'll offer me a full refund

So I. Just emailed the guy and he pulled the card from a pack himself and said in no way has the card been altered. He's got very good feedback so hopefully he's telling the truth

Vertical centering on 75's can trick ya.

I would guess SGC 88....possibly 92 if the grader is in a good mood, possibly after BJ Thursday? \:D
