Yup Ink is a killer but if you dont mind it then you get a nice card at a cheaper price (I have a few like that). The mark does knock out any reason to get it graded other than you want it protected for your own collection, it will not help the resale value.
SMtJoy is absolutely right. The biggest thing about grading it would give the buyer the comfort of knowing it is authenitic etc. I am grading even my midgrade commons but mainly for protection purposes and not the mention the awsome registry SGC has.
