I just got my Staubachs back and the player set is done..I am really happy with them all except his rookie card, its so hard to find that centered and in nm shape. If anyone knows where i can get an sgc 88 please let me know, thanks

When I think of Roger I think of not only a great Football player but a Vetern of the United States Navy and one great man!

College buddy of mine used to work for Stabuach's real estate company in Dallas a few years back. I had him ask Roger to send us a signed photo way back then. SMR says they go for $50. I have no idea where it is. If I find it, who wants it?

A childhood memory:
The only time I have ever been in the State of Texas was in the winter of 1978. My grandparents and I were flying to Vegas to meet with an aunt, uncle and cousin. Snow grounded our flight in Dallas. I remember asking my grandfather, "Where are we?" He said we were in the same city where the World Champion Cowboys and that great quaterback Roger Staubach play! Even though I was not specifically a Cowboy fan, I knew exactly who he was referring to, even at age 7!  Congrats on your accomplishment!

What I always found funny is that my father was in the army but always rooted for navy in the army/navy game because of Roger Staubach.
Growing up I remember a quote from Roger while being interviewed by, I believe Phyllis George. Something like, I like sex as much as the next guy, I just like having it with the same women.

I have liked the Cowboys since 71 Super Bowl{i was only 6 but my brother was 9 and a Dolphins fan}he kept flaunting how the Dolphins were going to kill Dallas and of course I had to root against him!! My father who loved the Eagles hated Dallas with a passion but always admire Roger because of his service and commitment to the Navy.
