Don't they send an email to you once the sub is logged? I may be wrong, but I thought that was the process. I will call Earl tomorrow. Thanks again! \:\)

Well, as of 3:35pm yesterday, they have authorized my credit card, so I am going to say today is day 1. Did not receive an email, so I may be wrong about that. Since this is my first sub, I'm not sure what my customer number is. I'll keep updating when something new happens! \:\)

I just got back my tobacco card and for some reason its really crook-ed in the sgc case. You can see where the small card is supposed to fit in the middle of the black border. I was wondering if any of you know if theres a reason for the weird positioning. The card is definately tight in the case and is not moving around. I emailed sgc twice but with no response.

Another forum member was talking about this issue with his last sub. Not sure what the problem is. I hope they get it resolved for you. \:\(

After thinking about it, my bro told me that if I leave it lopsided and crook-ed, it gives it character. Kinda like a messed up printed baseball card that makes it worth more. hehe.

Post a scan chad, not sure I understand what is wrong, is the card under the insert? In any case I have sent a card or two back to be fixed over the years when they are not fitting right with the insert and SGC has always sent them back all fixed up.

Good luck K-dog, call Earl and make sure he sets you up, I have no idea what my user # is but once they give you a username and password you can access your subs as well as the pop report. I do not get the emails so I need to get that set up for me too.

On emails expect a few days, I usually just call seems to get the best results.
