Just read of rare baseball cards found in some attic in Ohio. They found seven hundred tobacco cards valued at 3 million. All they mentioned were that the cards were from rare series issued in 1910.

We have a forum member on here from Toledo, I wonder if he is familiar with the family that found this?

Read about that over on 54. Too bad about the grade(r)s. More questions than answers.

My mother in law printed out the article and slipped it in my mail box (she carries my mail M-F). Anyway its a good read and that is one lucky find, especially in the condition that he found them in. The article states that he is expected to sell later on this year for an estimated 500K. That is not all the cards just a few that he is putting up for auction. I did not like the PSA holders around those old cards. SGC holders would present much better but ole Joe Orlando got his hands on this matter rather quickly. Im not sure but i bet the CU boards are toasting over this one.
