Or there could be stacks and stacks of them sitting in an attic in NE Ohio (next to the recent 1910 find).

I'm betting that it is going to be worth a lot more. The 57 topps Baker error or the 58 topps Herrara error dont even come close. Those two so called errors were just light strikes in the printing. This error is the complete red and numeral missing.

Disagree with cammb. While this Jackson may be rarer than the Herrer or Bakep it is not a documented/accepted error card but just a print freak. Most collectors don't care about that stuff sorta like a badly miscut card. There are many print color "variations" that simply don't get much appreciation. I would say you got a better $ for this card than you shoulda
