Ok, Im starting to try and load up new scans etc to my registry. Jim had helped me alot but i can't find the PM he sent with the settings I need to use.

Here is what i have

Epson Artisan 837

Im looking for a black background as to present the 58 Colors well. Please help fellas if ya can.

To get a black background on mine (not the same scanner) I just leave the top open.

And if leaving the top open doesn't work, find a couple of blackie sharpies....and just color in the entire scanner glass around the card!

Hey Rob, when you leave the scanner lid open, try to keep the light in the room you're scanning in as low as you possibly can.

I think I still have the settings I sent to you previously if that will help you any. I have a different scanner but your scanner software should be pretty close to the same as mine. After you get the scan, the rest is on-line with photo-editing.

Let me know if you want the step-by-step sent again, or if it would be easier I'll pm you my phone # and I can go over it with you on the phone. Once you get the hang of three or four scans it's cake after that.

It worked out great. Still not perfected the brightness on my 58's so working that issue but still thank you all so much for helping me.
