I generally stay in my own area for shows but am thinking of attending the Dec7-9 in Philly. Two reason's I love a good show and there will be on-site grading. Has anyone been to this show before? It looks like it's a annual type show. I generally go to local shows (not many in NC) or the annual Chantilly show in Virgina every few months. I'm in a diffent place every 2-3 years (Marine Corps) just never landed in Philly.

I heard the show in Philly is not what it once was. Many dealers across the country would attend. Now, this show has dropped in the assortment of dealers and just the dealers a few hours out attend. I also heard, this show competes with another show near by in PA.

Based on what shows remain for the year, it might be worth attending. If you go, best of luck hunting for those gems!

Very pricey, good selection, wouldn't necessarily go out of my way if you go the the NC/VA shows

Only problem is the one decent show in NC has fallen off the face of the map, not a huge market here in NC! Seems like the big Virgina shows are hit and miss, I find myself going and always buying from the same dealer that I trust who's always there. I'm from Baltimore figured I could visit home and drag my wife on a road trip.
