Not sure how realistic this is,(or how quickly I may give up on it!) but I have been thinking about doing an inventory of all of my raw cards. Does anyone have experience with something like this or is there a computer based program that could help? I really just want to list by year, company, card #, player and maybe a general comment on condition.

Spreadsheet. I suggest considering adding a column on what you paid for each card, if you know it, to keep track of cost basis. Also who you bought it from and date acquired.
Or not. I'm not anal-retentive, but if you might be, this will help.

BBO, I wanted to let you, and Dave, in on a new website that is really taking off, and is being covered at Drudgereport and others.
It is called http://www.unskewedpolls.com
Takes out the media bias on polling.

Dawg, I was looking at some of my 50's and 60's raw cards this weekend for a little bit. They look better in a Card Saver 1, than any PSA holder that is for sure

I don't want to derail Shawn's thread, but I pay absolutely NO attention whatsoever to the polls. I remember back 8 years ago when Bush ran against John Kerry. All the polls showed John Kerry way ahead of Bush, even to the end. The media made it sound like the Republicans should just stay home. Why bother to vote?
Who won that race?
Polls mean absolutely nothing.

??-Got 2004 mixed up with 2000 there, Gramps? Dementia is a slowly advancing, particularly sad disease.

Apologies extended coupled with deepest regrets. I did mix up the elections.

Possibly certifiably insane. Did you star in Rainman with Tom Cruise?
