Lots of good stuff in this thread. My top three all previously mentioned are.

1. Company updates - don't need dirty details, but it would be nice to hear what is being worked on to close the gap with PSA and give piece of mind to SGC customers.

2. Permanent affiliation with JSA (or auto authentication of some kind).

3. Improve the registry, give it some additional features/integration. This is where they can hurt PSA the most and lock out Beckett. Integration with VCP/JSA/Custom columns not made public (purchase date/price for example). In other words, bring a lot more to the table with the registry than what PSA has.

Suggest a massive crossover special at $5.00 per. This would increase more revenue and at the same time put a dent in the PSA registry.
