Probstein sold a MINT 9 Stargell a couple weeks ago for a new record high price of $405. I wanted to upgrade my 8, but not at that price.

To upgrade the '65 Koufax will be an even bigger longshot. The 9's routinely go for over $2-grand.

So, yes, I have both lying around and both are collecting dust. Looks as though they'll be staying put for the foreseeable future.

Well, shoot the monkey. I guess there's no need for me to upgrade my 8's to 9's. I may post scans of my Stargell and Koufax in 8 to show you what you might be missing out on.
