Hi,
I have tried to call but the phone is always busy, I have tried to email the last couple weeks but no one has answered. I would like to know if the cards I sent arrived? USPS says that there is a "Noticed Left". Can anyone help me with this?

Hi Jon, welcome to the boards. Sorry you have no info on your cards, wish I could help. Just hang in there, I have faith everything will work out, I dont even know if they have power back on yet or not. I sent an email to Michael to try and help. Good luck, Scott

Thanks Guys, but it sure would be nice if someone form SGC would answer my questions. After 3 weeks I have still not heard from anyone of them.

They are all probably still dealing with the after effects of the super storm with the move and in their personal life. We all need to be patient in this case. You should hear from someone at SGC soon.

I sent a direct message through this forum to Sgc user and got a quick private message back; they are dealing with a lot right now. If you sent a sub to the post office with the tracking no, you should be able to go to your post office site and track where it's at.

Yea, it sounds like there going through alot. Hopefully in a few weeks everything will be back to normal. Thanks for all the advice and hope everything is well for SGC.

As of Weds., all the packages received at the old and new office have been received, but it may not include everything as I suspect there are more that got held up elsewhere due to the storm. We will be working very hard to get everything processed and shipped as timely as quickly as possible to everyone whose order has been delayed by the storm...thanks to everyone for your continued patience and understanding!
