I'm guessing a bit too much corner wear - especially the bottom two. Still, I thought it presented very well for the grade and jumped on it.

That's two awesome looking cards, congrats!

Was real happy to add another T210 to my collection and a Houston player to boot, its been slow going on them for a while.

Thanks, I think the near mint grades are a bit low considering how nice the cards look(50-92)(will be asking grade questions later). Will take pics to upload to Flickr and post the EM later tonight while watching Luck play some football.

Does this look like the correct grade? It might be 5% more off center than your 9....

Very nice sub Ctroop, please post some hockey scans, lets see some Great Ones! The OPC murray looks to me like the correct grade, way too much tilt for an 88 and the bottom right corner looks slightly bumped.
