Hey Guys,
Yall have been so helpful so I was hoping yall could help me with this question. I have some cards that were received 10/11/2012 for 20 day submission grading. When should I expect my cards? I still cant get in touch with anyone from SGC after multiple phone calls and emails. Thanks

They have always beat or met there turnaround times for my submissions. They are really good about this but I haven't ever submitted right before, during or right after a natural disaster hit them dead on either. Dont let the extra time get to you I'll bet you'll see them in a few days. Welcome to the boards as well.

I have seen in the past that my 20 day is 20 business days starting from the day that credit card was charged. 11/8/2012 puts you right on 20 business from the day they received. Hopefully you see some movement today (11/9). As eveyone else has mentioned - I wouldn't be worried too much on it with the storm and all.

Waiting on returns is excruciating!!

Haha, yes it is excruciating!! Well they did not arrive today so hopefully sometime next week. Thanks for the welcome and advice!

FINALLY got back into the office yesterday to start back getting orders processed and out to you guys. It has been a painful and LONG 2 weeks for everyone here, where most of us have had no power for a long extended period of time. We will be putting in long hours to get everyone's orders graded and shipped. Please have a little more patience as this will take a little extra time with the challenges we have faced! Thanks to all for your considerate understanding and concern for everyone here at SGC!

20 day turnaround means 20 business days. I have a submission that was received on 10/19 which was a 10 day turnaround so dont despair, we are all in the same boat.
