I hope Les Miles and Dan Mullen aren't lying to themselves this week. [/b][/b] There's plenty of football left to be played, starting tonight for those two. What does this mean?
If either Les or Dan are making excuses (lying to themselves) rather than coaching their team toward the future, someone is going to miss out on a nice January bowl game.

21-0 A&M still in the first quarter. I've said all year, Bama is not the team that everybody thinks they are.
Spoke too soon. The TD was called back, but they got in 2 plays later anyway. Missed extra point though. That 1 point could be costly.
20-0 still in first quarter.

Dave, nice win with A+M. Easy (betting) win last night and I good game too. Did you have the stones to also put a little on the money line at plus 425?
The TCU defence played very well but not well enough to keep it close. Nice win by K St.
Ya don't think Oregon can jump Kansas St. in the polls this week? They put a major hurtin on Cal last night.

Ya don't think Oregon can jump Kansas St. in the polls this week?
I don't think so and here's why. Oregon may be better than Kansas State, I don't know. However, Kansas State has proven why they deserve to be number one by beating 4 ranked teams, 3 of which were on the road. They beat #6, 13, 14 and 24.
Oregon has only beaten 3 ranked teams only one of which were on the road. And those teams were ranked #17, 22 and 23. Oregon hasn't proven why they should be #1.
That's my argument why K-State should be #1.

I agree that Georgia is better than Bama. However, I have to put Bama ahead of them in the polls for the same reason that I put K-State ahead of Oregon - Georgia hasn't yet proven they're better yet (though I think they will real soon).
