John,

The only 70's football I have in decent amount
other than maybe a Dorsett rookie + a couple
Eagles cards (these are graded) are from 1979
Topps. That was my favorite year as I have the
set from my kid days. I have done like you with
that where I have upgraded much of it but kept
the original cards I got in 1979. So I'm a nut
with a two examples of some cards....lol...but
these are raw.

Short answer - no 70's football for sale!

Thanks for the compliment on the Mantle. I
subbed that one myself a while ago and forgot
about it. Thought it had a shot at an 88 considering
the centering on some of the ebay ones I have
seen. But I think 86 is a fair grade....

back to work....lol...
