I decided to start this thread, because Beckett has one like it. It will tell us, what your wants and needs are.
I have cards new & old that are sitting around that may be of interest to other people.

I'll start 1st: I mainly been collecting Mickey Mantle cards, but have collected others of value.

Have been in the search for a nicely centered 55 Clemente NM beauty. Still searching!! Also nicely centered 54 thru 57 commons.

Currently working on '54 thru '56 Topps sets.

1954 - only missing Aaron \:\(
1955 - have all the commons, missing about 8 stars
1956 - only missing Mantle

Starting to buy lots of '60s commons in Ex/Mt or better as I plan on going after those next.

I also collect pre-war and post-war HOFers.

My three favorite sets vintage! Have the stars minus the clemente in 7+ just need the commons in 54 and 55. 56 is done just resisting the urge to always try and upgrade it.

Sent my 54 Aaron for grading, waiting to see what it gets.
I also got the 56 #135 Mantle, graded by PSA 1 (poor) but still nice to own

Anyone collecting 53 topps, I got some collecting dust? in raw condition, they could be 5+, but i dont know?

right now 52 bowman with almost perfect centering l/r.
a little more forgiving t/b but still pretty strict

Im going to have to say my first priority is finishing the 1981 Topps Football set in as close to MINT condition as possible.

Secondly I wanna finish my 1958 Topps Baseball set in all SGC. Im at 62% now and have slowed down to an almost halt at this point but still wanna complete it.

Third I wanna try to pick up a few cards in the next few years that I just wanna have in my little collection. Here are a few:

1975 George Brett
1979 Ozzie Smith
1968 Nolan Ryan
1986 Jerry Rice
1984 Dan Marino
1979 Wayne Gretzky (the only hockey rookie i want)
1965 Joe Namath

Just a few rookies ive had and let go that i want back.....and keep this time.

Sent my 54 Aaron for grading, waiting to see what it gets.
I also got the 56 #135 Mantle, graded by PSA 1 (poor) but still nice to own



Even in the condition that PSA says its in, this is one beautiful card and is a classic! Great card brother.

I own the most gorgeous 1981 Topps football set ever assembled. It's raw, but would blow away anything that 's on the registry. It’s complete minus the Montana RC. I assembled it myself several years ago from a dealer that bought in bulk back in 1981. He must have had 40-50 of each card (several 5000 ct boxes). I went thru card by card picking out the best ones for my set. It’s for sale if you’re interested.
