From my experience.
At best an 80. The corners aren't close to being sharp enough for an 84, plus the edges seem rough and there appears to be surface scratches.

PSA might give it a 7 or they might give it a 5.

70-80 in 99.44% of the subs.
82 (or better) when graders become as blind as minor league umpires.

Different people have different preferences. As to me, I like to play games which do best for me to handle the pressure and amuse myself. What about you? Finding something you really like is very important.
