I don't think there's any denying that the SEC is head and shoulders above of every other conference.

Could ND beat any of the six?

Of course anything can happen on any given night, but I'd say, NO

I hope Te'o wins the Heisman, and I believe he will, but I don't want ND to win the NC. One bit of trivia that may come up if Alabama beats Georgia: Bear Bryant never beat Notre Dame in four tries. Overall, Alabama is 1-5 against the Fighting Irish, all between 1973 and 1987.

Just my opinion but I think it will be a good battle for the SEC championship. Georgia will not let Bama roll all over them. In the end I think Bama will pull it out.

As far as the National Championship goes I think Bama will take apart ND. I just see it happening though ND has had one heck of a year! And I agree Te'o for Heisman but Johnny Football at aggieland has made quite an impression the last two games.

Georgia may hang with Bama for a couple quarters, but after halftime, that Bama "D" (gives up less than 240 yards per game total!) shuts down Mr. Murray.

West Coast Bias alert in USA Today poll: Both UCLA and Oregon State lose at home and neither team drops even one spot from their place in the prior week's poll. I call B.S. on that.

Texas A&M would be a 3.5-point pick over Notre Dame if they were to play, according to the Bovada sports book.
A&M was one of five Southeastern Conference schools who would be favored over the Irish.
Alabama would be a 9.5-point pick.
Georgia and LSU would be 3-point favorites, and Florida just a 1.5-point pick.
Notre Dame would be a 3.5-point pick over South Carolina.

Imagine that: hypothetical odds. I'm surprised people can't bet on them. (I guess a few Aggies will try to. \:o )

Florida and LSU both beat A&M in College Station. Difficult to leave them out of the discussion. Then there is Georgia, who we'll find out in 72 more hours if they belong. Sure would make for a nice 8-team playoff. Five of the eight would be SEC teams.
