I have my invoice #, but not a customer #. The form says they assign that on the first submission. How do I check the status of my cards? Thanks.

Here is what ya do. Go to the main SGC page and go to submission status. You will have to sign in with user name and password then you can type in your submission number and it should give you your grades or status of your submission (i.e order processing). Try this and see if it works.

I logged in, but it still asks for a customer # in addition to the invoice #.

You get a customer # on your first submission. You'll have to call or email Monday, preferably to Earl, to get your customer #. They get it to you real quick.

I send them in and leave the customer number blank.

Wish I could have been more help. Trex and FYS are right with the information that they provided. Good luck with your submission and let us know the grades when you get them.
