I truly hope all of you with children took some time yesterday and last night to give them an extra hug, spent a little extra time with them and tell them how much you love them, you can't do that often enough. You have precious gifts, and yesterday shows just how quickly the most precious gift(s) you will ever have can be taken away by evil. I don't know what anyone can tell a child to try and explain the tragic events that unfolded yesterday in CT, other than there is a lot of evil these days in this country. I can't even come close to imagining something as innocent as sending a child off to school and not have them return. I can't even imagine the scarring that will be with the survivors for the rest of their life. I can't imagine Christmas gifts, some already under the Christmas Tree, that will never be opened. I can't imagine any so-called human being doing something so evil, so horrendous. My heart and every prayer I have truly goes out to all families affected in that small community, as I'm sure everyone on here joins me.

Plenty of cowards out there! Unbelievable that anyone can harm a child. There's nothing more innocent.
