I think you have a shot at a bump on the Young. As Scott mentioned, it's worth the gamble. I would do it.
No chance on the Mathewson. Just looking at the scan, if I didn't know the grade, I would guess it were a 6, maybe a 7 because of the fairly sharp corners. That tells me that there is another flaw with the card (I'm guessing a crease) that brought it down to a 4. So, if it is creased (which I believe it to be), it would not bump.
