Are you talking about the soft sleeves (penny sleeves) or the Card Savers?
Last week I bought a (100 ct) package of Ultra Pro penny sleeves and as I was placing the cards into the sleeves I noticed some just slid right in while others were more tight. I got to looking at the sleeves and about every other one was cut narrow - about 1/8" making the cards more difficult to slide in. I just threw those out and used the ones that were cut right. I've also got some Ultra Pro penny sleeves that are about 1/4" taller than others too. Come on Ultra Pro, how hard is it to cut plastic all the same dimensions?
