Hey guys would I contact Earl to see if that card can be removed from the registry? I do think that it a vaild misprinted card but to be considered an error....well it just aint so.

I do not have many goals for next year. Would like a nice
33 Sport Kings Jim Thorpe, work on my image event account,
and maybe find a nice #14 for my 1948 Swell set. That is about
it. I would upgrade my 52 red man set if I got a chance.

Maybe a few star cards or some more mini packs from a
reputable source.

I agree that the Herrera error should only be in the master set not the normal one as its a printing error. I would call Earl on it. I also would not pay that kind of money for that card, even in low grade, prefect card if you collect errors thou i'm just not one of them. I could think of a ton of $600+ cards I would much rather have.

I have not really looked at goals for next year but will have lots of them, I have a lot of sets missing 1-5 cards, hope to close out a couple.

KRB,

Thanks for the links. I'm actually going to try and get a higher
grade Thorpe at some point. I saw the 48 Swell cards. Right
now I just would want a Gehrig in a 4-6 grade.

My goal for 2013 is to pick up a scanner, and then to see if I can remember how to scan, crop, post, etc.
