Hey,
Does anyone know if Earl still works at SGC? Or maybe he is on a long vacation? I just realized I sent him a private message on 12/11 and he hasn't read it.

Rob, are you sure he hasn't read it or he just hasn't responded? I guess what I'm asking is, is there a way to tell if a PM you send somebody has been read or not?

hi all ,yes Earl or someone read mine 12/14(no response).Under your pm message it said : Unread by...None ( meaning its been read).

I talked to Earl on friday and he has a ton on his plate and is still working out from under the whole move during Sandy thing. Said they have been 100% focused on making sure all orders during that time got out correct and on time and they were just now getting caught up so they can start taking care of all the other stuff as they new year starts.
I will also say calling him is the most effective way to get in touch. His email is also better than using the PM on the boards.

I sent a email into Bill, concerning some issues i had with my last order (around Oct.) and some issues with my account info.
Hopefully theres only one Bill. Bill was the person i talked to on the phone.
Hope to resolve this, so i send my 2nd order in soon.

Im pretty sure there is only one Bill, I would just call him on wednesday especially if its about a sub, if hes tied up ask for Earl or Michael and im sure they will get things worked out.
