If you measure the borders using calipers or some better measure than "eyeball" you will see that it falls within spec. It's probably close to 40/60 and well within 35/65. The human eye plays tricks on us with centering.

The worst part is the out-of-focus picture and the yellow print blurb in the red circle.

Without having it in hand, I can't say whether the grade is right or not.

You got a much better eye for grading than i do Tony. Still its a nice card.

Price wise the card is within vcp range, but lack of current sales data for that card makes the vcp number somewhat dubious, in my mind.

Centering on the card bothers me, however BBO is right, it looks to be within specs. This combined with the print defect described by BBO and and the card being somewhat out of registry would cause me to walk away, especially at that price. IMO.
