I agree he should stay too Mike but with some of these guys Money talks. How many recievers is he keeping. He could stand out next year giving him a higher draft stock and most importantly more experience.

Yes, he served under Saban at LSU.
I am for Stanford, but how GREAT is it seeing Barry Alvarez on the sideline again? I dont like Big 10 football, but I like Alvarez.

If Wisky goes down, the Big 10 will be the first conference to lose 5 bowl games this year. That's counting Michigan State's last minute field goal to beat TCU. And that's not counting the 2 disgrace-schools on probation which counts for losses in my book.

If Wisky goes down, the Big 10 will be the first conference to lose 5 bowl games this year. That's counting Michigan State's last minute field goal to beat TCU. And that's not counting the 2 disgrace-schools on probation which counts for losses in my book.
Michigan State and Northwestern were the only winners. Didn't expect many wins. Every year in the Bowl Games the Big Ten gets matched with opponents that are a ranked a good chunk higher. Based on the match ups, Michigan, Nebraska and Wisconsin hung in pretty well in their games.

I agree with FYS. Big 10 played better then expected.Minn,Wis and Mich all had a chance to win their games. Neb was ok for 3 quarters and Pur should not have been in a Bowl let alone playing that team. They should have played Navy and Ar St should have played Ok st.Best game so far was Clem, amazing final drive making a 4th and 16 on there own 10 was awesome.Coach Miles play calling is very head scratching..Vandy looked good but rest of SEC not to impressive so far. Florida LSU and Miss St all going down!!!

SEC had 6 of the top ranked teams going into the bowls. 2 have lost (Florida and LSU), 2 had 4th quarter come from behind wins (Georgia and South Carolina) and 2 have yet to play (Texas A&M and Bama).

For teams such as FLA, LSU, GEORGIA and maybe A&M in the future, if you're not playing for the National Championship, it's a disappointing bowl season and difficult to get up for. Their opponents this year (LOU, CLEM, NEBR) had much more to play for since those conferences are routinely thrased by the sports media, fans and other teams. Bowl games are a crap shoot and one style of play often contrasts with another. Someone care to explain how .500 Ga Tech rips preseason #1 USC (I don't care who is QB), or how Syracuse plasters WVA (who I guess has been overrated from early in the season).
Doubly true after Christmas holidays and all the hard work those scholar athletes put into final exams.
