I agree with the 50-$150 estimation from what I've tracked. I think the $30-$60 estimation is a low starting point especially for intact cards in the magazine. I might agree with removed cards or cut cards falling in that range.

I have not heard of any reprints, I do know the magazine had a pretty large circulation. I purchased 2 of magazines about 6 years ago and cut and removed the cards and sold them and lost money on it. I paid under $100 for each one, one the cards looked mint but only graded a 5 and a 6 (the only issues I saw was they were not 100% flat because for the seam bend), the other they both graded a 4. The same order I had cut a post cereal back panel and got many 8-10's so I would be real careful cutting and sending them in if you are trying to make money as I lost money on mine (made up for it with the panel thou).
I still have one card from the post back panel I graded (Clemente), I really felt the Mantle and Maris Ad backs I had were just as strong as this Clemente-

Yes, but I'm pretty sure they are panels removed from the magazine with tab either removed or intact... I've seen higher sales on full magazines with nothing removed though ... So I guess I'll just leave them intact
