The only bright spot was the '73 Schmidt. I bought it raw at a show for $30-$35. I purchased it as if it were trimmed because it measured short. Other than that, it was gorgeous! When I got it home I louped it over and over looking at all 4 borders. The cut pattern looked factory, so I thought it might just be cut short from the factory and took a chance on sending it in. That one worked out well. I'm happy with the 8, but I thought if it did grade numerically, it might get a 9. Here is a raw scan before it was sent in.
