I've got a hundred or so 1959's I picked up back in the 80's. I get a wild hair every now & then and send in a few to fill out a submission. Most are EXMT with several NM, but I was pleased with these four that I got in the mail today. Not as prominent as bbo's, but they sure look good in those SGC holders. I can see his obsession.

The colors really pop on Ted and Ralph. That's the main draw for me, the colors, as long as the photo is sharp. You might consider taking the time to scan them into the Registry. Countless hours of enjoyment down the road going through them while sitting at the 'puter. Plus, the rest of us can drool over them.

Nice Mantle grade.

"T" means trimmed.

On SGC homepage, on the "About SGC" tab, click on "Grading Scale" and then page down to the table. Aconte is correct, evidence of trimming.

Just got these three back from a crossover attempt. Does anyone dare to guess which ones, if any, met the SGC grade?
