A 95/5 card has 19 times more border on one side than the other. That would look like a 20-lane highway, with you driving in the far right lane (or on the shoulder). You couldn't hit a 9-iron across that freeway. TPG'ers and I have a disagreement on centering. A 60/40 card can grade a 9, but rarely does due to the eye appeal. In fact, a 9 can be as bad as 65/35!! The graders just won't give it a 9, even though the standards say it can be. A 60/40 card has 50% more border on one side than on the other. A 60/40 card looks butt-ugly to a centering freak.
