I submitted a bunch of cards for the first time and already I am extremely happy with the service. I got an email that the order was received and someone called to explain that if I choose to use my FedEx account I might not get proper coverage should it be lost/damaged. I also could not remember if I checked the box to authenticate if a card would not get a numerical grade so I called and they said they would check. I submitted to another company and there was a fairly big mess up on their part and regardless of how many times I called I never got to speak to a person and my emails were never answered.... SGC has my vote so far... I should get them back in a week.
I'm realistic about my expectations... As long as a card that I thought might get a ex or better doesnt come back good or worse and if I don't have more than the one card that I think is altered come back authentic I'll be happy(have a 49 leaf dimaggio that is probably slightly trimmed I submitted... But hopefully that's it)... Really looking forward to the great cases and how they present.
So I recieved an email from SGC through FEdex that my cards are on their way. I did not get an email in regards to the final grades...but I would probably wait to get them anyway. I will post pics and results when I get them today or tomorrow.....
No big deal, just got them....but I did sign in and it still asks me to enter other information after I click on track an invoice....it requires Customer ID or invoice #.
I would call Michael, if I remember the first time you need to be setup in the system, after that your last couple subs and in any process will show up
