Jerry Jones ruined the Cowboys and their "mystique" as "America's team." They way he handled the Tom Landry thing was the first and last straw. If Dallas ever wins another championship it will already be one too many.

Personally, I love watching the Cowboys fold every year. I just wish the network TV guys would show more of his face as the clock ticks off at the end of every Dallas season.

It wasn't just coach Landry, it was Tex Schram and Gil Brandt too. That did it for me also. In one day I went from ardent Dallas Cowboy fan to ardent Jerry Jones and Dallas Cowboy hater. To this day I never watch a Dallas Cowboy game, and I hate it when ESPN and/or the other networks put the puke Jones' face on tv, other than to watch his ugly mug when his band of thugs are losing. Now the once proud organization has turned into a country club of thugs. If they ever win one more game it will one too many. IMHO.

I do understand why a lot of fans Hate Jerry Jones for multiple reasons but Landry did need to go! He did rebuild them to be the best team in the league 3 of 4 seasons straight. He needs a General manager and get himself off the spot light{which he will never do}.I am a loyal fan and will always be a cowboys fan till the end.I get frustrated with him at times but every team goes through bad times, with ownership, players ,coaches ect.,that is just the way it goes.

As a lifelong Cowboy Fan, Seventies Cowboy Football is the driving force as to my love for the card hobby. While I can't say I was happy with the way the changes were made with Tom Landry and the Front office, I have never felt the kind of annimosity many feel toward Jerry Jones. He did bring 3 Championships, including back to back Titles with a Dynasty Team that not many organizations will ever enjoy.

The Dallas Cowboys are like the New york Yankees.

Both are loved deeply by loyal fans and hated with passion by non fans, Mainly for the same reasons, Both are two of the most successful franchises in all of sports. The haters of Both these franchises, More than ANY other organization in all of sports NEVER pass on the chance to bad mouth them in their losing seasons.

Thats just the way it is. The most Popular and Successful Franchises will always draw that extra attention, weather it be positive or negative.

Blonski

Great Dorsett Highlights! Man he had blazing speed! I always felt he was kind of soft and went down easy. He just lacked the toughness and win at all cost that Emmitt had. Just Sayin.

Speaking of Touchdown Tony! I just put up a nice 78 Topps Football Vending set over on the CU board. Beautiful cards.

The old ball coach. He likes to run up the score so I say he's a jackass, but that doesn't mean you're one.

LOLOLOLOL.
Sad thing is, I am a life long, die hard, Seminole fan.

I like him and "the Pirate" the best.

But Willie Taggart is moving up my favs list quickly. Remember this guy's name. He will be a coach that the BIG BOYS will be looking at in 5-6 years if there is a vacancy at their University.
