Don't submit much, just went through the submission process a couple hours typing in card name, etc. and then payment info at bottom of page, etc. Hit "submit" at bottom of page and it sent me back to a generic "Welcome Back (my name)" with green toolbar on top. I cannot find anywhere my submission form, etc. and whether or not that invoice/record exists anywhere. Help! May have had page up too long?

Screw this crap, one of many reasons I don't sub, keeps saying fields are are required, etc. even though everything is filled out.

Pat ive had similiar situations. I find it easier to ask for the old manual submission forms so at least i can write it out.

I have not submitted anything in a while due to not having cards decent enough to submit. I think I may have had some issues becuase I didn't select the service tier level or something which showed in the red and I had to update the form. I do think that if you keep the page open too long it will "time out"...but not sure.

Hey Pat,

I do all my submissions from an excel spreadsheet I keep up to date, I only just printout the form and fill in the basic as it does not save anything. In the card area I just save see spreadsheet and fill out the total cards and value at the bottom. My cost never adds up as I send in multiple service levels so its all on my spreadsheet too. Once you have a spreadsheet setup its pretty easy. I can email you my basic form if that would help, granted you would need excel. Good luck

Here's one of the cards I sent in, hoping to get a high grade. The rest were '57s that due to centering issues will likely grade out in the 5-6 range but I want them in SGC slabs, although I might upgrade them later.
