Dan I have purchased from him before. They have over inflated prices on mid grade SGC 58's but they accept best offers. Most offers they accept are still quite a bit over priced according to recent sells etc.
Sorry this guy is being such a pain. Its obvious that the card was never shipped. Hoping you get a refund back soon as I know you really wanted the card. Probably best you filed a complaint with ebay. They almost always take sides with the buyer.

Thanks yall. this guy is being a real pain in the rear to deal with he admitted he did not send me the card and still wont refund my cash bcs I opened a case against him bcs he would not respond for several days.
Hi We responded to the first email you sent. We checked our shipping log and it showed all items were shipped. The gentleman who packaged ur shipment was in college till tonite and he will return to work around 6pm. I will talk to him as soon as he gets to work and find out if he shipped item etc. I've also filed a request w post office for the shipping weight of package since eBay does not store that info. We doubled checked our listed inventory graded card boxes and card was not in there. I will have a answer for you tonite as I stated in previous email and hopefully be able to offer a solution for you. I have 28 cameras on building and 2 on shipping center but could not drill in close enough to see what he put in ur package.

it shows on our end sent, we sent it with the other cards you purchased.. at this point, the only thing i can do is refund you for this card, i double checked the weight, and it is equal to only 4 cards, so im not sure what happened here. i will refund you tonight. very sorry for inconvenience.
but I had already opened the case 2 days before hand then last night at midnight he sent me this crap.
i told u i was looking into it and i said i was going to let you know. i even went far enough to to tell you tonite that i would offer a refund. so i went to refund you the money for the sake of customer satisfaction bc as far as im concerned the card was shipped the package was recieved and its out of my control and i see u opened a case in ebay on the card. why should i help u now? cases are not viewed well by ebay and are frowned upon by ebay. so i will leave it in ur lap u can either close the case and we will resolve it together or i will respond to the case and let ebay decide. ur choice I have sent him a msg asking for refund but thus far no response
Oh and he responded to the case by sending the shipping tracking number that's all no words nothing like he really think ebay is going to just look at that n say yup case closed pfft the guy admitted not sending me the card. sry for all the chatter just really irks me this guy.. I was looking forward to having The card for my set.
