I was going through my first 15 cards I have ever had graded and I realized 4 of them are loose. You can hear them when you gently move the case side to side. Two of them are slightly more pronounced. I was wondering if someone who has graded alot of cards could tell me if this is common?

That is called a PSA card, in my experience. Among the hundreds, if not thousands, of SGC cards I have had graded from the 1950's and 1960's, I have never had a "loose" card move within the holder, making any kind of sound.

On the other hand, with a PSA slab, by design and definition, it will move around.

Is it possible the label is moving and not the card? or maybe the black insert? The one that is the worst has three scuffs on the front like they had trouble with it and its just your standard card. I am very happy with SGC and plan to use them again it just seemed odd.thanks for the reply

Congrats on your first sub! I have had a couple cards slip inside the inserts out of a few thousand submitted, it was always T cards that were short and had room to move. I sub lots of exhibits and have yet to have one slid, granted they are pretty thick. Im sure it depends on the issues but if you are unhappy with any i would just call Earl, worse case send them back and let him take a look, im sure he will take care of them.
