Loved watching this guy play and finally completed out all of his rookie cards. Just wanted to share with others on here. I typically don't collect just certain players but enjoyed getting these cards back into my collection again. I had picked up the 82 Topps Traded some months back and just finished adding the others.

First off, love the cards. Cal was a great player and easily one of the top five RC's to get for the 80's.

Pardon my ignorance, but I am still learning the grading game. What is the difference between them that makes the fleer the highest grade? I get the donruss is the most off center and that gets marked down. The topps looks a little better than the fleer, I would have thought that would have gotten a higher grade. Something on the back or surface I am not seeing in the scan?

That's a good question. I still can't really tell SGC 84's from SGC 86's etc. Guess its how the grader is feeling that day. I just like the way the holder looks, preservation of the card and for high dollar cards it lets me know they are real.
