Does anybody have any of these that they want to sell?

I stopped collecting cards when i was a kid and my last year was 1992. Then me and my son started back in 2011. So i need to backfill my complete sets.

I am thinking about starting this aftger i finish my 1968 topps football complete set, and just wanted to get a feel of what i could get thru you all.

I know a few of them will be EXPENSIVE. Some, I can get for under $50.

I am one of those people that my mild ADD or whatever it is, wont allow me to just set on my sets collection with those years skipped.

I have all baseball from 1973 to now. That is complete and all accounted for, but football, I never filled in that gap. Well from what i see, I will probably need to stop baseball at 1973 as the 1972 set is WAY too expensive to start and the 1967 football is too expensive to start.

So, I think after I do my 1968 Football, I will start backfilling those football from 1993 to 2010

Sounds exactly like my collection - although I am always upgrading

DrD, where is a good shop in KC that sells our vintage stuff? Older then 1970's?

Also, you go to the show at the Mall or the one at Hampton Inn?
I go to the one at Hampton Inn 3-4 times, and they seem to work with you really well on prices. There was another one at another motel, but they had NOTHING at it. The one at the Mall is GREAT as far as selection, however I found that they are all REALLY proud of their stuff and have it WAY overpriced. I dont understand why a person would show at a show and not price things to sell???
They are all really nice folks, just high prices.
