JB -- The Metzger is on the way to you! Happy holidays...

P.S. My wife is from South Windsor, and I lived there myself for a year and a half.

JB -- This is scary. I lived on Long Hill road. One minute from Gerber on Chapel Hill Road.

Ellington and Long Hill? ...I lived 30 seconds from there. Between Long Hill and Ellington. Is the house you refer to between the little sliver between Pleasant Valley and Ellington, or on the corner of Long Hill and Pleasant Valley? Just curious...

Yes, Mac's, I sold a boat load on 1974 commons to them/him...

matthew,
the house i refer to is the one on the next corner from pleasant valley. i can't remember the name but the address is ellington rd?

i just picked up 7 sgc 96's for my 76 set from crashtest alex. coleman father and son, veryzer, harmon, joe niekro, spikes, todd and castro. i also should be adding a few new cards to my 78 set and have really taken a liken to 81 topps football. i wish i had grabbed that alan page 98 last week.i also love 81 topps baseball, its a cheap set but with last weeks additions i have all the leader cards in sgc 96, except #1 which is a psa 9 so i probably should cross it sooner or later.

Glad to help! My wife and I will be up to S. Windor sometime in the first three months in '04 to visit her family. Maybe we'll all hit the AAA diner in East Hartford.
