hi guys, i don't know if i should go for this or not?2 9.5's and a 9 with the 7 on the surface? couple that with the fact that its smack dab dead centered (which i have never seen w/ this issue). it smells like SHEET CUT card ?? anybody have any advice?

You are right that these sorts of subgrades seem to scream sheet cut...but (1) I'm not sure that anyone is cutting sheets of '76 Topps...'71 sure..but '76's??? and (2) there do appear to be some black print marks on his arm (under his left eye, too??)...which the seller talks about. If I understand Beckett's grading, this would hurt the surface grade.
However, I just took a look at all of this seller's '76's and all 7 of them suffer from a significantly lower surface grade. I don't know a thing about '76 sheets, but if these all came from the same sheet, I think I'd be very suspicious.
