A Psa 8 is a rather common card for the 89 Upper Deck. Plus 89 upper
deck was printed in a decent quantity. I'd be surprised if that card ever
brought over $20 if the current price is $8. And that is a stretch.

Anyhow, the card is still nice and I'm sure holds some sentimental
value for you as a birthday present. Unless, you don't like the person
that gave it to you. Enjoy!

Do players still get HOF spikes? With him it's a no-brainer, so while it might spike in the price guides, I would imagine dealers having already factored that in, if they're offering them for sale.

Records or accomplishments would cause an increase, but I can't imagine it being sustained.
